OTHER WAYS OF ORDERING If you are having problems ordering on the web, please call us to order or send us a letter stating all your details and what you want, please note the prices from the website and if there are any offers you wish to take advantage of. Prices will be valid two days after the letter has been sent, otherwise we will process at the latest prices. You can also contact the store directly & pay over the phone. If you ordered other items that are in stock at the same time then these will be sent straight away
2. You will not be charged for the pre-order items until we come to send pre-orders out.
3. We have and will always honour pre-orders so if you have ordered you can be sure you will get one, if you find the wait is too long, you have the full right to cancel.
FAULTY GOODS All our items that we sell are sold as mint unless specified, if you are not happy with the quality of what you have received then please return it to the following address with in 7 days of delivery & with as many details as possible, stating what is wrong and we will exchange it for you: Faulty Goods Department, LimitedAdditions.co.uk. 52/53 St James Street, Taunton Somerset. ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT If you have chosen to pay with an alternative method other than credit/debit card online then please send your payment to the address on the contact page with a copy of your order.
POSTAGE All orders placed before 2.30pm are guaranteed next working day delivery within the UK where Next day insured delivery has been chosen in the checkout (The exception to this is where there is an internet problem fault and orders cannot be downloaded). Shipping prices will be determined solely by the weight of the order. We can not give refunds on return goods if not goods are not wanted or are not faulty. All overseas deliveries will have prof of postage, we can not be held responsible for lose on item once left the UK.
DELIVERY OF GOODS City Link - Guaranteed next working day before 5.00pm within the UK (not Saturday or Sunday) Fedex - Guaranteed within three working days to USA/Canada (not Saturday or Sunday) Airmail - Up to four weeks, uninsured. Royal Mail - Up to one week, uninsured. All Items for return for refund must be returned with in 7 days of delivery. No refunds will be given after this time. All items returned must have proof of postage.
BACK ORDERS If your item is not in stock, we will attempt to back order it for you, if you have ordered other items then we will send these to you and mark the missing item as "to follow" on your invoice, you will not be charged additional postage.
